Welcome to Mama Bear Birth & Bodywork! My name is Elena Rosa, and have been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Florida since 2002. While soul searching for the past three years, my path has lead me to find my passion in childbirth. In addition to offering prenatal massage, infant massage classes, and doula services, I work full time as the receptionist at a local birth center. While I do not have any children of my own at this time, I strongly believe that educating others about childbirth supports a woman’s right to make the best decision for her, her baby, and their family. In April 2010, I will attend a workshop given by Suzanne Arms to begin the process of becoming a Certified Professional Birth Advocate.
